Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions

Sale period: 11 November 2026 to 30 November 2026 (AWST), or until stock sells out, whichever comes first.

About these terms

These terms apply to all purchases made during the Eniola Hair Black Friday Sale (the "Sale") at eniolahair.com. By placing an order during the Sale, you agree to these terms, together with our standard Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.

Sale offer and pricing

  1. Offer: $200 AUD off sitewide on eligible products, as shown at checkout.
  2. Buy 2 wigs offer: Buy 2 wigs and get $500 AUD off with code BF500. One code per order.
  3. While stocks last: Sale prices apply only while stock is available. Once an item sells out, it may not be restocked at the sale price.
  4. Currency: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). International customers may be charged in their local currency at their bank's exchange rate, and any conversion or international transaction fees are the customer's responsibility.
  5. Exclusions: Gift cards and all other products (excluding wigs) are not included in the Sale.
  6. Pricing errors: If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Free gifts

  1. Free gifts are valued at $149 AUD, limited and subject to availability.
  2. Free gifts are added to eligible orders while stocks last, with one gift per order.
  3. If a gift runs out, we may substitute an item of similar value or send the order without a gift.
  4. Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for store credit.
  5. If an order is returned or exchanged, the free gift must be returned with it, unused.

Returns, exchanges and store credit

  1. No refunds for change of mind: Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
  2. Time limit: Exchange or store credit requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@eniolahair.com.
  3. Condition: For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, unaltered and in original packaging with the lace, tags and hair band intact.
  4. Return shipping: The customer pays for return shipping on change-of-mind exchanges or store credit.
  5. Store credit: Store credit is issued as a digital code, is valid for 12 months, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

General terms

  1. The Sale cannot be combined with any other discount code, promotion or offer unless stated.
  2. Orders may take longer than usual to process and ship during the Sale period.
  3. We may limit quantities per customer and cancel orders that appear to be for resale.
  4. We may change or end the Sale at any time without notice where permitted by law.
  5. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

Quick FAQ

Can I get a refund on sale items?
We don't offer refunds for change of mind on sale items. You can exchange your item or receive store credit, as long as it's unworn and in original condition.
