Processing Times

  • Ready to Ship Wigs: Dispatch within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom Wigs: Dispatch within 30–90 business days (depending on complexity).

  • All orders require a signature on delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

  • International orders may incur customs charges or import duties.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, not Eniola Hair.

  • Charges vary by country; please contact your local customs office for an estimate.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours.

Address Policy

  • Orders cannot be amended once placed. Please double-check your address before checkout.

  • If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at info@eniolahair.com. We will try to assist, but changes are not guaranteed.

  • Eniola Hair is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or undelivered due to incorrect addresses. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed in these cases.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered-But-Not-Received Packages

  • Eniola Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly. We cannot refund orders marked as delivered to the shipping address provided.
