RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Eniola Hair, our goal is to provide high-quality lace human hair wigs. Please review our policy before placing your order:

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed immediately after purchase and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for eligible items within 2 business days of delivery. Example: if delivered Wednesday, the return must be lodged and tracking shared by Friday.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, import duties, and associated fees.

  • Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • All returned wigs must be in original condition: unworn, uncut, unaltered, lace intact. Wigs that show signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Please email us at eniolawigs@outlook.com before sending any return.

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Custom and pre-order wigs (after confirmation approval)

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Wig caps and accessories

  • Ready-to-ship wigs that have been customised (lace cut, resized, hair cut, etc.)

Faulty Items

  • If your unit arrives faulty, contact us within 2 days of delivery at eniolawigs@outlook.com.

  • Our production team will inspect the item. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if the fault is confirmed.

  • Refunds for final sale wigs will only be given if the item is deemed faulty under inspection.

International Returns

  • For international orders, any customs duties or taxes incurred will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

Important Notes

  • Do not alter or recolour pre-coloured wigs. Please contact our customer service for guidance.

  • Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
