Orders & Payments

  • Once an order is placed, payment will be processed immediately.

  • If payment is successful, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming your order.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. We are unable to stop or recall an order after it has been dispatched.

Shipping & Risk

  • We use third-party couriers for delivery.

  • Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you once the order leaves our premises.

  • Eniola Hair is not responsible for courier delays, errors, or damages.

  • Standard shipping does not include insurance and is chosen at your own risk.

International Orders

  • As the importer, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in your country.

  • Some countries restrict certain goods or materials. Please check your local import laws before purchasing.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, liability for any customs, legal, or import issues transfers to you
